As an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner, Yoga teacher, Lifestyle mentor, and wellness advocate, Ileana believes in the long term rewards of a healthy lifestyle, and is very much committed to supporting her client’s self-discovery journey. Her programs include personalized Ayurvedic consultations, mindfulness practices, and financial strategies, all aimed at fostering a balanced and fulfilling life.
