Scheduling and Cancellation policy

Your appointment time is scheduled personally for you, and we appreciate you showing up on time to take advantage of the allotted time. Please call 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your time (you can leave a voicemail).

Payment/Refund policy

Payment for all services  is required after receiving said services; no refunds will be issued once services have been rendered and payment received. Sometimes pre-payment will be required to reserve a specific promotion/package; if the service is not rendered due to cancellation by the therapist, a full refund will be issued. Otherwise, the above mentioned cancellation  policy is in effect.

We do not take insurance, however we can take most FSA cards. Also, we can issue an invoice which you can submit to your insurance.
