This 10-hour course covers the core principles of Ayurveda as the sister science of Yoga. Yoga teachers will come away understanding how key Ayurvedic principles and practices, when combined with yoga and meditation, can enhance the Yoga experience and improve overall health and wellbeing. After all, Yoga and Ayurveda are both self-realization methods, and they were designed to be complementary to each other.
